Eligibility Requirements for Heritage Place

Resident Requirements: must be 62 years of age or older and desire independent living.
Income Requirements: 202/Section 8 - HUD projects are built for lower income elderly. Yearly income must be within the following guidelines.

Heritage Place I & II:
Income per Year Requirements
Single: $32,550 or less
Couple: $37,200 or less

Heritage Place III:
Income per Year Requirements
Single: $20,350 or less
Couple: $23,250 or less

Food Service Costs:
One Meal* - $239/month
Two Meals - $347/month
Three Meals - $451/month
*required for all residents except at Heritage Place III

Upon proper completion, applications are placed on a waiting list in the order in which they were received.
